Happy WholeSelf: Release expectations and explore this 45 minute class if you’re in search of improving your movement patterns and the connections between your body systems. Melt into your mat under low lights with a handful of support props; using your breath & body we will progress through a series of engaging stretches, & isolation/activation movements to reset and prime your bod for your other modalities of movement and every day life. Strategically placed mid week to promote rebalancing your “WholeSelf” so you can finish Friday as strong as you met Monday!
What to wear: Arrive in something COMFY and COZY- we all know this space can be cool in temperature. I would advise against anything with lots of zippers/strings as they may get in the way, but your clothing needs to have a lil 'give'. Dressing in layers is a great choice. COZY/GRIPPY socks are a MUST!
