Strength and Conditioning: Practice varied movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) and gain strength, power, balance & coordination! This progressive, circuit style exercise class can be adapted for you to find YOUR version of success. NOTE if you’re booking a 45 or 60 minute class.
Beat Based Combo Class: With a set of free weights, 4 foot barbell, bands and your body weight we will turn down the lights and blast the music for a high intensity workout that includes strength, endurance, balance, coordination and FUN. We move to the beat of the music and you will leave feeling invigorated and powerful! This class is 45 minutes.
IMPORTANT INFO: Customer absences (planned or unplanned) will not be refunded in part or full. No make up opportunities may be provided to individuals unable to attend their registered program(s).
