Training with Charlotte has been rewarding, fun, and transformational! Her workouts provide a balance of cardio and strength that have helped me meet my fitness goals and feel good in my skin for the first time in years. Her knowledge and program design are challenging, fun, and rewarding. Her expertise and ability to adapt for my body and fitness level create a comfortable and safe atmosphere to push myself and try new movements. Her personality and style are the perfect combo of motivating and feeling like a badass. I went from dreading working out to looking forward to it, love this!!

I have been training with Charlotte for over a year now. Exercise has never really been my ‘thing’, but now I have built my schedule around our sessions. She is high energy, motivating and never does the same thing twice. I really appreciate that she is always able to provide modifications for me, and is never judgmental if I’m not having my best day. Because of her positive outlook, knowledge and experience, I have been able to accomplish things I never would have thought possible a year ago. I’m excited to keep training with her to see what other goals I can achieve.
