Happy StrongBod: Join a 45 minute workout that includes 4-6 exercises intended to increase muscle mass and overall strength! Using subjective intensity, sufficient load, thoughtful rest, progressive plans and a ‘full body’ approach, the emphasis is on your more compound lifts with the flexibility to cater to individual needs. StrongBod focuses on building resiliency in body and spirit to uncover a new found respect for what you truly are capable of. By design, StrongBod strives to achieve overall progress and promotes exercising for longevity!
